Hi, I have been following other posts but can’t find a solution. My Neato XV21 has new batteries and I did everything suggested for the Neato to “know” them. It lights up fine when it didn’t before. However, the unit will run for less than a minute and then it doesn’t find the charge base. I haven’t used an app or connected the robot with a USB cable (and would need assistance if I did). But, is there something else that I need to do in order to get it to clean one room?

@Scarlet511, Hi we suggest you to do the battery re-calibration procedures first. Then, try to move the charging base from one location to another.
If it still doesn’t work, please try to use the Neato in smaller room and note how it reacts.
