My Neato XV11 has become problematic. Soon after replacing the batteries, it had problems with “blocked vision”. I did a “soft reset” (holding down the start button for 20 seconds), and I did a “hard reset” (disconnecting the batteries). Now it starts but immediately stops with message “I had to reset. Please press OKAY to restart”. So I comply and it starts but immediately stops again, displaying the same message.
Do you think the motherboard is done? Any suggestions/recommendations appreciated.

It does seems like you would need to replace the motherboard, according to the error you are having.
