Ive got a neato xv signature pro. Have it since august 2015. Changed the batteries a few months ago. Problem is that it started a few months ago to bump into walls and continu until it says to move obstacles. Another problem, i notied that it started to stay on te side of the walls of a room, and continu without going in the middle of the room… It often will not do a whole room .
But when i use the function spot cleaning, it does it perfectly…
What is the cause of this problem and how to solve it ?

The bumping problem you are experiencing is caused by one or more defective bumper sensors.
As for the middle of the room problem, it can be caused by the bumper sensors or the RPS laser.
We would suggest you to replace the bumper sensors first, as it should fix the second problem as well.
