Neato XV Signature Pro batteries

on November 24 2014 I purchased replacement batteries for my Neato XV Signature Pro robot. For the first two weeks they worked just fine but now every time the machine is used I have to remove and reinstall the batteries as they don’t seem to maintain a charge. Is there something else that I should be doing to overcome this problem?

It is possible in this case that the issue is not with the new batteries. Do you always leave the robot docked on the docking station when not in use? How long does it clean on one charge if you leave it on the docking station? Does it stop with an error or simply says to charge the robots batteries when it stops?

Each time I get the robot to work by removing batteries and charging it will perform one cleaning and then will not charge or turn on again. There is a green light on but it is unresponsive. I do keep it on the charger in between uses.

Have you tried to upgrade your Neato’s software? In some cases this can resolve charging and motherboard issues. You can find updates for your robot at the following link:
