Neato XV signature gone crazy!

We bought a Neato XV signature in October 2013. We had many problems with it since the very beginning, the message code 3000 kept on appaearing all the type even though we cleaned its sensors all the time.
Since a few weeks, it kept on stopping while running indicated its dust pan was missing, but it was not! We noticed there was a contact problem in between the Neato and its dust pan, when we push on top of the dust pan the robot starts again.
We found a way to temporarily solve that, however since 2 weeks it is totally going crazy and cant not vacuum anymore :
When we turn it on it goes backwards and then indicates its brush is stuck, but I have checked more then a dozen times! there is nothing there which might cause the brush not to turn.
The vacuum is completely out of order, as soon as it turns on the message about the brush appears!
I would also like to highlight the fact that we also have the sensor’s plastic protection missing! It seems like they fell off!
We have tried to update the program but we did not succeed.
We’re quite disappointed, not even year of use and already so many problems!

In this case, we recommend that you have the robot replaced under warranty. If your robot was purchased from Neato Robotics or another supplier, your robot came with a 1 year manufacturers warranty. You may therefore contact Neato directly or the store where it was purchased from.

If it was purchased with us, you have a 5 year warranty. Please contact us via our support center with your order number and we will provide you with RMA information for the exchange of this product.

I have to say I feel relieved because I love this litlle helper when it works, I hope we will be happy with the new one.
