My vacuum keeps giving me an error message that my right wheel is stuck, and there is no debris there. From reading other posts on your site it would seem that I need to replace the wheel motor. My question is is there a motor for each wheel and if so should I replace them at the same time?
@Lynn123, That message error means that the complete wheel modules will need to be replaced. It is suggested to replace them both in order to have the best results.
The wheel modules are already assembled with the motor, the wheel and the mini circuit board. Unfortunately, we do not sell the replacement wheel modules.
