Hi there,
I bought a Neato xv 21 less than a year ago. It’s still under warranty.

I weelk ago it just stopped to work. I tought it was an empty battery matter.

Its been on the charge for a while. It just don’t turn on. When i try i see the screen lit up a for a flash second then it’s off again.

I tried to hold down buttons like i would do for an iphone and got a message saying restarting battery or something like that.

Please it me up, i tried to contact the shop over the phone with no success.

Have you purchased this robot with RobotShop? If so, please contact our support center with your invoice number.

The problem can be caused by either the main board being defective or the batteries.
