Neato XV 21 shutdown

Hi,

When I press start button, and Neato steps back from charging station and tries to start, then shutdown.

This can show you exactly what neato does.

I have changed battery and done soft and hard reset, but no change.

I hope if anyone has any clue what is going on…

Hi, we believe that your robot will need to be repaired. The issue could be due to a stuck main brush or the RPS navigation sensor.
We suggest you contact your dealer via their support center to verify the warranty information.
