Neato XV-21 LCD out and making noises

I have a Neato XV-21 that my soon to be one year old daughter accidentally ran her baby walker in to.

Since then the lcd lights up, displays nothing, the power lights come on then go off, and the vacumn makes a bleeping noise.

This repeats itself over and over again.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what needs to be replaced so I can get it to work again?

I am pretty fluent in taking this thing apart

I have done that, I also updated the firmware. It said it updated successfully but even after removing the batteries for some time it still repeats the actions listed above. The baby isn’t that big I am supprised it actually malfunctioned after this minor jolt.

We suggest to first start by trying to reset your robot. Since you do not have access to your robots LCD, this will need to be done by removing the batteries. Please disconnect the batteries, wait for at least 30 seconds and then reinsert the batteries.

In this case, it is hard to determine what the cause of the issue is. It could be the LCD, the motherboard or both. Was your Neato purchased with RobotShop? Or is it still under warranty?
