Hello. My Neato xv21 was working fine but now the screen will light up and play the wake up sounds, but no text displays. I’ve taken the batteries out and then fully charged but still nothing. Is there anything else I can do?
Hi, have you purchased this robot with us?
If not, you will need to replace the LCD of the robot, since the problem you are experiencing is caused by the LCD.
If so, please contact us via the support center with your order number and we’ll verify if we will exchange the robot under the manufacturer’s warranty, or proceed to a repair.
