Neato XV-12 Motherboard Replacement Difference Help!

I need your assistance. I have a Neato XV-12 that i just purchased a replacement motherboard. There is one big difference, there is a connector that is on the new board that does not mate to my existing bot.

The picture (Connector from Neato) shows the connector (female end) that comes from the Neato itself.

The picture (Existing Motherboard Connector) shows the existing motherboard connection point. The male end connector is wire to the point in the red circle.

The picture (New Motherboard Connector_ shows the new motherboard and it’s connector.

They are completely different. What am I missing? How do I correct this?

Hi,

The motherboard you had in your Neato is an older version than the one you have ordered. Unfortunately, we do not offer the old version in our catalog. The new version is not compatible with your robot, as it has a different connector and charging unit. You would need a new charging station as well, as the old version of the charging station is not compatible with the newer version of the motherboard.

As it is, we would suggest you to open a ticket with our support center and return the motherboard. If you are interested, we offer some robots with a 5-year warranty, which can be repaired at our repair center.
