Just purchased a new motherboard for my mom’s Neato because it had what I called the “Dim green light of death” and would only turn on with luck and convincing. The new motherboard powered up just fine with her batteries, but after a day of charging came up with the 0002 error. Thinking that her batteries were shot, I used the batteries from my perfectly good Neato in hers and as a test, but her batteries in mine. I think that was a mistake. Now both Neato’s are reporting 0002 errors. My initial guess is that her goofy batteries shorted out something in both motherboards, but if anyone has any ideas I would be happy not to spend another $80/board to get both vacuums running again…
Thanks.
