I purchased my Neato March 20/14. I have been having a problem with “vision being blocked”. I spoke at great length with a Neato technician and he directed me to do the following: clean brushes; clean side/front sensors; clean 2 sensors inside top of vacuum; reset, reset batteries, etc. etc. After performing all this maintenance and replacing the batteries, my vacuum still refuses to work saying “vision is blocked”. The technician told me I have to send it away to be repaired and to contact you for guarantee info. I thought my guarantee was good until March 2019. Can you look into this for me?
