Anyone know what this the little cover for the wall IR sensor is made of or where to get one? Is the replacement part of the IR sensor or part of the external housing? Mine fell off and is lost and now my Neato won’t stop complaining about things in it’s path.

Hi, there’s no plastic cover on the wall sensor. If your Neato is complaining about objects in its path, it can be caused by the bumper sensors which are stuck or defective, or a defective / dirty RPS sensor.
We suggest you to clean the RPS sensor (located on top of the robot, in the turret) with pressurized air. You can also verify the bumper sensors, by pressing on the bumper and verify if the sensors are clicking. There’s two located in the front and one on each side of the bumper.
