Neato D7 Battery replacement

Hello,
I have the Neato D7 that orderd from December of 2018. Since then it was working perfectly.
Now it starts leaving rooms or part of the rooms unclean (as shown from the map it sends. This it started i thing after i replace the o ring from the side brush that it was not spinning. I think the problem might be with the battery that it was never replaced. It stays to charge for a long time before it goes back to continue and i think that it lost its place because of the long time. Some times after it charged it sends a message that it was finnished without continueing.
So from where i can find a battery to be shipped to Cyprus?

Yes, battery on your Neato should be replaced after 2 years of usage.

The problem is that the diret shop only ships to USA, that is why i was looking in Europe for a store.

Unfortunately RobotShop doesn’t sell it in Europe because of some restrictions regarding batteries.

Be aware that, if you find a battery that is not Neato genuine, it could damage your robot on a long run.

Hello @igor_X my D7 was purchased from robotshop eu and it was shipped. As i know it can be shipped but it should be indicated on the package that it is an Li-On battery? The D7 it has the inticated that it includs battery.

And i am looking for genuin Neato battery.
