Hello,
We’ve had our Neato Botvac D5 Connected for a little over a year. Two days ago the robot stopped running. I press the start button ( via the machine and the app) and it instantly beeps and a solid red light appears (I icon). We have cleaned it out multiple times, did soft resets, removed the battery, etc and when I turn it bsck on and try to run the vacuum, the same solid red light shows. The app states “ having trouble, reboot me”. Has anyone experienced this? Please help! We have a baby, dogs and cats and I need to keep the floor clean. Thanks.

Otherwise, we have not yet heard of this issue with the Neato D5.
You will probably have to contact the manufacturer for more help if the robot wasn’t purchased at RobotShop.
Did you ever find a fix for this? From the sounds of it mine is doing the same exact thing.
Hello- my husband had to take apart the vacuum and put the rubber band back on the track. It kept coming off. Once he put it back on and put the robot back together, it worked well.
