Neato D4 Not Going into Pairing Mode

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description:
My Neato D4 stopped working and now I cannot even get it to connect to the app. It will not go into pair mode when using the correct protocol of holding the right bumper.

I’ve tried taking the battery out and turning it on and off countless times.

Hardware concerned:

Software concerned:

Troubleshooting steps already taken:

Removing battery. Restarting Robot.

Additional information:

Without even being able to connect to the device I am a bit perplexed at where the next step would be. I would like to try a factory reset, but I cannot find information on how to do that.

Did you buy your Neato from RobotShop? Is it still under warranty?

No, I did not buy it from RobotShop. I am posting here looking for help. It is out of warranty.

Right now I am trying to factory reset it as it will not connect to app via wi-fi.

You already tried this?

Reset your Neato robot by taking it off of its charge base, press and hold the Start Button for 15 seconds to turn it off, and then press Start Button one more time to turn it on. Wait a few minutes and then check the Neato app to see if it now says READY TO CLEAN.

I’ve tried that about 1000 times.

Have you tried reaching out to Neato support directly?

I couldn’t find anywhere how to perform factory reset.
