Neato d4 cleaning robot

Hi,
My name is Daniel Gitelman from Buenos Aires Argentina. I have a problem with my Neato D4 floor cleaning robot.
When I try to turn it on (manual), I hear a five sounds beep code like this and nothing more happens

Speaking in musical terms is like a five note scale like this: A C D E C

When I try to turn it on again the info led change to blinking red and I hear another beep but very fast.

I Clean the robot following the instructions on the website. Everything is clean and I don’t know what else to do!
On the web site I could find information about LEDs but not about beep codes.

I can’t test with the Neato app because it doesn’t recognize my wifi modem (2,4 Ghz)
Big problem and in Buenos Aires I can’t find a service!

How old is your robot and have you ever replaced the battery?

Hi !
Mi robot is just one year old and only six months of use!
Everything is clean, the bin the brush the laser s turret.
The battery led is green.

Any suggestion?

Thanks to Neato’s technical service, the robot is working again! The dust bin was misplaced and was not tightening the sensor. I put it carefully and it works! Thanks for your interest!
