Neato D2 don't recharge on the base

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
we have connected the robot to the charging base and I’ve noticed that no lights are on, it isn’t charging after being discharged for a couple of weeks. The metal parts got a bit rusted I think because of the dog.

We are sorry to hear about your problem with the robot.

Have you maybe bought it from RobotShop? If so, what is your order ID?

How old is the robot and have you ever replaced the battery?

Also, if the metal parts are rusted, it is always good to clean them up with some sand paper and WD-40.
