i have a neato xv11 and I missing the metal plates that goes on the battery compartment. I need to order the parts. Do carry them or know where I can find them. Thanks elvira

Hi,
Unfortunately, we don’t sell this part. But to reassured you, this part will not prevent you from putting the battery and using the robot as it is supposed to.
It is really not a necessary part for the functioning of the Neato XV 11.
