I have a Neato Botvac D Series, and the only thing that it is doing is Displaying a Solid Red Home Button. The Battery is new (aftermarket), any ideas on what I should replace?
Hi, it is pretty hard to determine what must be replaced if we don’t have the robot in our hand to proceed to some tests. If the LCD doesn’t show anything, it could be the motherboard, the LCD itself or the battery. We suggest you start verifying if the battery is certified by Neato. If you have bought the robot with RobotShop, we suggest you contact us via the support center so we may verify your warranty information or further troubleshooting.

I hope our neato won’t do this to us. It vacuums well and we love it but the hair it collects gets stuck on the brushes.
