My husband purchased a Neato Botvac from your website in January 2016. The order no was 396109. Unfortunately the Hoover has stoped working and keeps stating that the brush needs to be cleaned. There is nothing in the brush and when checking it, the roller will not turn at all, despite it being clear of debris. We have taken the roller out and it seems fine, it appears that the black bit that the roller connects to on the hoover is no longer turning and we cannot see why.
As it is within the first 12 months we would be grateful if you could confirm how we can send the Hoover back to be looked at and repaired.
