Great product need support in canada

Hi, Is there any change to buy these small black nylon wheels 2 qty?

@Otto We currently do not have these parts in our stock but it should be added in a near future. Unfortunately, we do not have any precise date for now.

Two comments: 1.Not enough instructions for programming it or running it. 2. window with menu should be facing the opposite way so we don’t have to stand on our heads to read it while it is charging. Other than that, exceptional machine and does a fantastic job. Very pleased with the performance.

@P.Jay thank you for the comments, we are happy that you are pleased with your robot.

Hi there. I thought that these units were supposed to be intuitive and learn their environment. Mine keeps going under the same chair and in between the legs of my desk where it gets stuck. How do I alleviate this please? Thank you

@Cathleen Chair and desk legs can be tricky for the robot, depending on how thick they are. If they are not detected by the laser sensor, the robot will bump into these and try to navigate between them. If they are too close together, the robot can get stuck. We suggest you to remove the chairs before starting a cleaning cycle and you can block the desk legs with the magnetic strips.

Hi Cathleen and others, Im really impressed at how well the D80 does with chair legs. I made a video to show it in action…just skip to about half way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLg0KxLakYc
