Neato botvac laser won't spin no error msg

Vac powers up brushes start to spin then winds down and starts all over again. Never moves. Wondering if motor you sell for XV series will work in botvac

Unfortunately, the motor for the XV series will not work with the RPS of the BotVac.

If the unit is still under warranty, I suggest you contact your dealer.
If the unit is not warranty anymore, RobotShop could proceed with the reparation of the unit.
