My botvac can no longer get out of tight spots because one of the back wheels has stripped the internal gears and it rattles instead of backing up. where can I find the parts and instructions on how much to remove or replace to fix this?

Unfortunately, I couldn’t find such a replacement on the Neato Robotics section of the store or the manufacturer’s website.
If your Neato is still under warranty, you can get further assistance by contacting customer service here. You can also find product warranty details in the Neato Robotics Limited Warranty.
If your robot is out of warranty, Neato recommends contacting an authorized repair facility.

The wheel is the part that will take the most time to replace on the BotVac Robot.
Be sure to have the skill to complete the repair before opening the robot.
