Neato Botvac D4 Connected.
Worked fine, for ever, then just stopped working. The Neato app cannot communicate with the D4. T’shooting this issue is limited to one recommended procedure: hard reset the botvac.
After ‘hard reset> power on’ the botvac is supposed to enter pairing mode for 60 minutes. In this instance, the botvac powers on with the following, consistent, repeatable LED flash code sequence:
1> information icon blue slow-flash with battery icon green slow-flash for five seconds; then…
2> information icon goes dark, battery icon steady green for five seconds; then…
3> battery icon goes dark; two seconds; then…
4> information icon blue slow-flash with battery icon steady red for three seconds; then…
5> botvac powers off.
I purchased and installed a new OEM battery: no change.
