Hello Everyone.
I am having an issue with my Neato-D3 connected robot vacuum.
Whenever I try to begin a cleaning cycle, the robot will roll off the charging base, power up (laser spinning, brush spinning) for about 10 seconds, then stop. This happens a total of three times before the vacuum gives up and the light blinks red and the app says “I’m having trouble, please reset”. I have reset the vacuum many times and this has not fixed the problem. Forgotten the wifi and reconnected it, taken it apart and cleaned it, nothing thus far has worked.
The top sensor seems to be spinning just fine and is clean
The belt inside is free from debris and spins the brush fine.
If anyone knows what the problem may be I am open to suggestions.
