I have a Neato Botvac D3 Connected White, have hardly used unit because Battery LED and Info LED keep blinking and cannot get it to charge even with new battery. Help?

Are you using brand new genuine Neato battery or it is maybe a copy (not original)? Not original batteries can make some problems.
In any case, this might sound like a motherboard issue.
The problem is, Neato went out of business and RobotShop almost have no replacement parts for Neato robots.
