bought product 9/16- worked great- had on 3 times a week schedule. Recently unplugged charging unit and put all in closet for a day or two during holidays. Now keeps saying"open and remove dirt bin, turn on " but it’s already turned on. Will not run schedule, will run if we hold down main button, then push main button twice. Help please, Jan and Ed
This issue may be caused by dead batteries. To make sure, you may follow the procedure to recalibrate batteries: click here
If the recalibration doesn’t work, Neato suggests replacing batteries every 1-2 years. If you have replaced the battery recently, contact us via the support center for additional troubleshooting.
