i have had my Neato for about a year. It was appearing to not charge any longer when it was on the base station. I purchased a new battery and tried once again to charge it. Now when connected to the base station the control button flashes orange a few times and then goes off. It does not charge. If I push the control button while it is flashing orange, it turns green but goes off immediately and it still is not charged.

The issue could be caused by the main board or the charging station. Have you purchased the robot with us?
