Neato Botvac D "My Fan is Stuck"

Hi,

Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to troubleshoot this problem? It will sometimes start no problem from the base but if it gets stuck it. It won’t start, it will popup “My fan is stuck”.

I tried vacuuming the unit itself and replacing the battery

Hi,
Usually, this problem is related to the motor of the main brush or the Main fan that do the vacuum. This means your unit will need to be repaired. We suggest you contact us via our support center if you have bought the robot with RobotShop.
