Have had the Neato Botvac connected since 9/16. Until now it have had no issues. When I initiate a cleaning function the Botvac backs up several feet from the dock & cycles though revving it’s motor several times and then asks me to press the ok button and will not clean. All sensors, brushes and rollers are clear and turn freely. Any ideas as to what may be the issue? Thanks!

It looks like there is an issue with the Laser Lidar.
It might have to be replaced. Can you please contact us through our Domestic Robots support center
