My Botvac keeps stopping and saying 'PRESS OK TO CONTINUE (3000)" When I press resume cleaning, it just stops again.

Hi Lucky,

We suggest you to try the following:

  • Open the robot’s menu and select > Support > Shutdown
  • Put the robot back on the charging station and let it charge for the next 3 hours.

If it still doesn’t work and you have purchased your robot with us, please contact us here, with your invoice number.
