Hi there, I have the Neato Botvac Connected. Works great but now appears to have continuous error of ‘please put me down on the floor’.
I have cleaned the sensors and realized that one of the wheels doesn’t click and the other does. Any way to fix this?

Sorry to hear about the problem.
Based on your description, it seems that micro-switch behind one of the wheels is defective.
