Neato Botvac Connected Not Driving

Hello all. I have Neato Botvac Connected that I’ve owned for about 3 years now. We recently moved to a different state so the robot was packed up for a few weeks not in use, I plugged it in at our new home and started it for cleaning - it worked for about 45 seconds and then it stopped. I thought maybe something got caught in the brush or the bin was full so I cleared everything out and tried to start it again, it started up fine but it wouldn’t move.

When I put my foot up to the bumper plate and touch it, the robot moves backwards to avoid my foot pressure but it refuses to drive when I start the cleaning. It will power up for about 30 seconds and then error out with “Press OK to continue” and then it happens again.

Anyone have any ideas of what’s going on?

Hi @Nebula20 and welcome to our forum.

We are sorry to hear about your problem with the robot.

When was the last time you replaced a battery on your vacuum cleaner?
