Neato Botvac Connected issues

Hello,
I have Neato Botvac Connected for 2 weeks, and the screen already stopped working.
after few feedback’s i read online… i realized that is a known issue.
Should i try replacing it ? or should i avoid this series and get roomba 980 ?
besides the screen stop working ( very big issue ) i was really happy of it.

any one else got this ?

We are selling this robot from some times and it is a very rare issue. If you do have problems with your robot, we suggest you to contact your reseller and proceed with an exchange. If you don’t feel comfortable with the Neato series, you can certainly rely on the Roomba 980. Please note that we offer a 5-year warranty on both robots. You can find the Roomba 980 on our website.
