Last years, i bought this vacum robot and working very well until 2 week ago… Now i think my robot is become stupid. I mean, sometime when he hit a wall, he continue to spin a little bit and stop. Something he miss big spot. I try to recalibrate but samething…
what can i do with this ?

Hi Mike, we suggest you to verify if the bumper sensors are working correctly. Simply start your robot and press the each side of the bumper manually. If the robot move back, then the bumper sensors are okay. If not, then the problem is caused by these sensors. If you have purchased your robot with us, simply contact our support center and we will guide you through the RMA process.
When i hit manualy on the front bumper, the robot is moving back. the front sensor is working well. The sensor on the right and left, what the robot supose to do when you hit manuely ? Because i see when he make his job, the front sensor work well but when he hit on the front right sensor, he continue to spin wheel
If you are talking about the front right sensor and not the right side sensor, then the robot should stop and back off when the front right sensor is triggered.
When i hit the front right sensor, 3/4 of the time the robot continue to spinning wheel. Maybe it was this sensor is in problem ?
