Hi!
I’m getting the (3000) Press Okay error with my Neato Botvac 75.
Description: Neato Botvac 75 will not start and throws a 3000 error after attempting to start up 3 times.
Hardware concerned: Neato Botvac 75
Software concerned:
Troubleshooting steps already taken: All the steps recommended in other posts I found on this forum. I’ve rotated the lidar, hit it with air, reset the robot, flipped the battery switch off and on again, etc.
Additional information: This began after I changed out the battery with an authentic Neato battery. I “seasoned” the battery as recommended by running the bot 3 times. After a couple days I ran it again and now I’m running into this error. I observe that the lidar lenses are pointed in exactly the same direction after attempted startup, indicating that the lidar is not spinning.
Hopefully there’s a repair option available!
