Navigation Support for Dr Robot Jaguar V4

recently purchased the Jaguar V4 robot platform. We have been having issues with loading map data to the Jaguar Control software and I have not been able to open the Navigation software. Please find the attached screenshots of the errors we observer.

@Nellz unfortunately I don’t have solution for this. According to the error message, some files are missing?

Maybe you should contact DrRobot support?
