I purchased (2) X6-40 rotary actuators recently. One works fine through the GUI, the other worked for a few minutes and now the MC_300 software doesn’t recognize it, nor does it have any CAN data. The Green and Red LED’s are solid on the PCB. I’m not sure what happened and who to contact to fix. We are really trying to get these to work but haven’t gotten very far.
Question 2, we had another X6-40 in service for 6 weeks or so, moving an ball valve, and it recently seemed to have died. It will not connect either, we suspect maybe a bad mosfet. Is there a way to buy a new driver board directly from My Actuator?

I’ve not heard anything from the manufacturer. How do i go about returning these to the Robot Shop, we can not use them if they are defective and the supplier doesn’t support the product.
