Hi,
I put my xgo mini on charge and the light on the charger was red at first. I let it charge for a bit and turned it on but the button light on the xgo mini flashed blue and then it shut down. I pjt in charge again but the charger light turned green after a while. I plugged out the xgo mini and tried turning it on but nothing happend and it seems like its not charging anymore.

It seems like the battery is dead. How old is the robot? Did it stay not used for a long time?
The robot is around 3 years old and yes it hasnt been turned on in a long time. Where can i find replacement batteries?

These should work:
You can remove the hexagon screws on the back, side, and tail, then take off the back cover, at which point you’ll see the 18650 battery slot. Replace the battery, and that’s it.
