I am getting a my vision is blocked error (4000) on my Neato XV signature pro robot vacuum cleaner. I am unable to use it and am seeking help on resolving this issue.
[size=2][font=Arial][highlight=#fbfbfb]The laser sensor that measures distance to object is experiencing problems. We suggest you to make sure there’s nothing blocking the robot. Make sure the robot is flat on the ground.[/highlight]
[highlight=#fbfbfb]Use a Q-tip to rotate the laser 5 times to the left and 5 times to the right, making sure not to put the Q-tip in either hole.[/highlight]
[highlight=#fbfbfb]Try power cycling the robot by holding the START button for 20 seconds.[/highlight]
