My litter robot won't turn

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: my little robot just won’t turn, it cycles, it tries to go thru the motions, but it’s like the gears ont grab the u it to physically turn it

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please try the following:

  • Turn the unit off and unplug the power cord.

  • Remove the bonnet and globe.

  • Check the black gear if it’s loose or free-spinning.
    If it was then you need to tighten the set screw on its side using this link:

  • If that’s not the case, then place the bonnet back on (keep the globe away from the unit)

  • Connect the power cord again to the unit and check if the black gear would rotate or not.

  • If it didn’t or turned weakly then the motor needs to be replaced.

  • You can also be using the wrong adapter so please send us a picture of its specifications label and make sure that it’s plugged to the wall directly.
