My Litter-Robot 3 won't power up after cleaning

Hello,

My Litter-Robot 3 won’t power up after cleaning. I used to clean it regurlarly but this time, it won’t power up.
There is no problem with the electricity (I’ve just had the test done). The problem really lies either in the plug (the charger) or in the litter-robot itself.

Can you help me to solve this problem please? Maybe can you send me a replacement power adapter?
Still under warrant.

(My order number is #1281377 on 2023-05-15)

Thanks in advance!

Hello @Ebram
Yes, indeed! This area heats up quickly but no lights come from the buttons.
Thank you for your quick response,

Hello @Kathe215 ,

Thank you for your reply.

This issue could be coming from the DFI sensor or the circuit board so please try the following:

1- Unplug the robot.
2- Open the motor compartment and locate the circuit board.
3- Unplug the connector of the DFI sensor.
4- Plug the robot back in and check if it’ll turn on with a blue blinking light or not.

Let us know how it goes.

Sincerely,
