One of the best looking bipeds I’ve seen, and with 24 degrees of freedom, it has some of the nicest movements I’ve seen in a biped that hasn’t had the budget of QRIO, or ASIMO etc.
The videos on the website are worth the small download. I just wish this was available to buy.

Yeah, the PF 01 seems to be the closest one on the market, and I think the same designer worked on it (not possitive). But the PF 01 only has 17 DOF where Chroino has 24! And some very advanced joints, if you take a close look at the ankle you can see it has 3 DOF all very close to the ground. I don’t know how he pulled that off, but it makes for some great movement.
Yeah, That’s what I’m going to try once I get pieces I need, probably make it hand-made so that the center of the 3 DOF of one joint is the smallest possible.
