I have a Neato XV21 and have an error reading, my brush is stuck. I have cleaned everything and the brush rolls easily. It goes through its start up and when it should start to go, it doesn’t even try, I just get the same message.
The issue might be with the brush motor. You may have to replace or get it replaced.
