I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Hello,
I bought 2 robot iii open air litter from you, one on 04/23/2020 by amazon and the other on 06/29/2020 from you directly.
My 2 litters are broken, a really hs, the light flashes blue and then flashes yellow despite empty tank and cleaning of the sensor.
The second flashes blue despite cleaning the bin, I sometimes manage to cycle.
Thank you for sending me 2 DFI sensors to your load because a priori it is a common failure.
