Is the MT9M001 1.3Mp HD CMOS compatible with Arducam USB Camera Shield? I currently have an MT9V022 with USB shield 2.0 works great. In addition will this new camera “come with” visual studio files like the MT9V022?

Yes, the MT9M001 is compatible with the Arducam USB Camera Shield.
I’m not completely sure what files came with the MT9V022 but I’m guessing you are referring to the Shield’s SDK created with visual studio.
