Moving arm to go on mannequin

Thanks for reading.  I am new and i basically want to make a coat/jacket's arms to move like it is running.

Could you let me know what techinal words i need to be looking at and a rough price for uk thanks :)

Starter Idea

Actobotics has a range of products that may be suitable to your task:

The Actobotics product line is also availably from our “sponsor” Robot Shop, it is easier to sort through the line at the Servo City site though.

You will need to come up with some numbers for the weight of the arm and the speed required. The lighter the arm the faster the possible speed as you can change gear ratios.

There are other ways to do this, but Actobotics does a nice job of making their products work together. Some day I may buy some!

Just thought, would it be

Just thought, would it be able to automatically swing back and forth? would i need extra things for that?
