Mover 6DOF robot arm

Can I program or control the robot arm (Mover 6DOF) with labview or matlab software?

Hi Abbas,

We contacted the manufacturer about this. Here is a copy of their reply:

We are using a Peak PCAN-USB adapter to send CAN messages from the PC to the robot arm. The main question is if you can send CAN data from your application to the USB adapter. PEAK provides support here, but it depends on the application.

If this is possible then you can send the necessary data to command each joint into its position. The protocol is documented in the user guide and we provide example code in C++ and C#.
Of course it is necessary to implement the rest of the robot control.

Unfortunately we cannot provide further support regarding Matlab or LabVIEW, we do not have any running examples.
